Terry A. Louderback, PE
Terry Louderback
During his career at Souza, True and Partners, Inc., Mr. Louderback has been the Principal Engineer on numerous projects. He has designed health care and research facilities, museums, college and university buildings, libraries, community centers, office buildings, student housing, schools, public and private housing, athletic and recreational facilities, maintenance and industrial buildings, religious buildings, parking structures and others. His designs have involved structural steel, reinforced and prestressed concrete, reinforced masonry, wood, and other structural materials. He has been the engineer for both new buildings and renovations including work on historic buildings. Perhaps his most prominent projects have been the large medical complexes at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire, and the Bronson Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan, several buildings at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, museums in St. Louis, Fort Lauderdale, Grand Rapids and Cleveland, many large scale multi-family housing projects, three large office buildings for a computer company and several large mixed use buildings in the Middle East. In addition to design work, Mr. Louderback has been involved in construction supervision of all of the above types of projects.

Jerome A. Yurkoski, PE
Jerome A. Yurkoski
In 1986, Mr. Yurkoski moved to the Boston area and joined the firm of Souza, True & Partners as a project design engineer, was appointed to a principal in 1993, and subsequently was appointed to a senior principal in 2011.
As a working senior principal and partner of Souza, True and Partners, Inc., Mr. Yurkoski has designed a wide variety of new and complex structures including health care and research facilities, hotels, retail buildings, municipal buildings, office buildings, housing projects, recreational facilities, parking facilities and schools. In addition, Mr. Yurkoski has extensive experience in the design of building alterations, renovations, and additions. He has been involved in construction supervision on all of the above projects. The paramount focus of Mr. Yurkoski’s design is to be innovative / leading edge, but with a practical, efficient, economical and common-sense approach.

Lisa A. Bohlin, PE
Lisa Bohlin
Ms. Bohlin has comprehensive experience in the engineering of new buildings, additions and renovations. She has designed a wide variety of structures including educational, residential, health care, research, commercial, industrial, historical and athletic facilities in concrete, steel, masonry and wood. She has been involved in construction supervision of all the above projects.
Following her interest in older buildings, Ms. Bohlin has extensive building renovation experience including structural repair, rehabilitation and seismic upgrades. In particular, her high-end residential work focuses on the Back Bay and Beacon Hill areas with expertise in the brick and wood construction of Boston’s history. She prides herself on a practical, efficient approach while respecting the original structure.

Todd P. Blake, PE, SECB
Todd P. Blake
Mr. Blake moved to Boston in 2000 where he was employed as a senior project engineer in a structural engineering firm specializing in high rise construction and building technology. Mr. Blake had the fortuitous opportunity to work on some very challenging projects that required direct design on site.
Mr. Blake joined Souza, True and Partners in 2002 as a Senior Engineer. In 2007, he was promoted to Associate. In 2012, Mr. Blake took the next step in his career when he joined the leadership team as a Principal.
While employed at ST&P, Mr. Blake continued to develop both educationally and professionally. Professionally, he gained extensive experience in podium, health care and educational facilities. He also has been heavily involved in engineering projects with an emphasis on the modification and design of high-tech and industrial buildings for both occupancy and load criteria as well as seismic retrofit of existing buildings.
Educationally, Mr. Blake’s growth did not stop after graduating from Georgia Tech. He continued to take classes at Georgia Tech while still in Atlanta and then later at Tufts University after moving to Boston. In 2004, Mr. Blake earned his Master’s Degree from Tufts University.

Martin F. Finn, PE
Martin Finn
In his time at Souza, True and Partners, Mr. Finn has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging in scale from medical equipment installations to new multi-story / multi-use podium projects. He has also been involved in a number of existing building renovations / expansions and adaptive reuses of existing mills, factories, and schools into new residences. Mr. Finn is actively engaged in all phases of his projects, taking a leading role in structural design and detailing, CAD / BIM drafting and modeling, and submittal review and construction administration services for each of his jobs.
In addition to his role as a lead project manager, Mr. Finn has taken on the role of BIM Coordinator for the office, managing Revit standards and details. He has also worked directly with Autodesk to test and review new structural engineering software and has presented on behalf of Autodesk at Autodesk University.

Christopher M. Motto, PE
Christopher M. Motto
Upon graduating from Northeastern University in 2007, Mr. Motto continued his education at Columbia University in New York where he obtained a master’s degree in structural engineering in 2008. After his matriculation through university he joined the team at Souza, True and Partners back in Boston, starting as a project engineer on a multitude of complex institutional and medical projects as well as multi-family housing.
Mr. Motto was an integral part in the proliferation of new BIM technology at Souza, True and Partners. His experience with BIM began during his education and led to his leadership in implementing the technology early on in 2008. Mr. Motto worked to adapt the new and exciting BIM technologies parametric capability and versatility into the design and detailing process, and he also infused the well-defined and time tested drafting and workflow standards that Souza, True has had success with for decades.
As a result of his work ethic and drive, Mr. Motto was promoted to Senior Engineer in 2016, followed-up quickly with an elevation to Associate in 2017 and to Principal in 2022. Now Mr. Motto spearheads many projects with a wide range of complexity, but all with the practical, construction based approach that has led him to this point.
