That personal involvement means that all our Principals are all also WORKING PRINCIPALS: We are involved in each project from the very first kick off meeting, through the design and detailing, through the building process with the contractor and all the way to the close-out of the project. That personal involvement gives us an understanding of the goals of the entire project from start to finish. Furthermore, that knowledge can be applied throughout the process. Instead of reacting, we are anticipating.

While that personal touch is important, you can also be assured that involvement also comes with a backing of professional knowledge and EXPERIENCE, with a wide range of structural engineering expertise. Our design projects range from large commercial, industrial, and educational facilities to more intimate and detail driven projects such as architectural fit outs, personal residences, and sensitive laboratory spaces.

We also understand the importance and power of using BIM to its full capabilities and always strive to be precise not just with the modeling of structural members but also with the detailing of those members. To this end, we have worked directly with the programmers on how BIM can be more efficient for structural applications. We are proud of our involvement in the development of these important tools and strive to stay on the cutting edge of new technological developments.

Every project has its own stages and each performer is important to the overall success of that production. Collaboration with the design team and the construction team is paramount to success.
